This piece was composed for Duo Hevans, the duo of bass clarinet activist, Henir Bok (Netherlands) and saxophonist Eleri Ann Evans (UK), who gave it's premiere at the Concference of the International Clarinet Society in Kansas City, MO, in 2008, with additional performances in Austria, Sao Paolo and Recife, Brazil, and Madrid Spain.
